Gigabrain membership terms

Your seller
Baven, Inc. sells the Gigabrain membership described here. Your card statement may show BAVEN, INC. These terms cover membership billing and access. They do not transfer or replace obligations for separately provided legacy services described in the existing platform terms.
Price and renewal
Membership costs $49 USD per month. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout before you pay. Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. The billing period starts when your subscription begins; the usage allowance follows the UTC calendar month described below.
What membership includes
Membership includes read-only crypto market chat and API access. You must connect your own supported AI provider key and select its model. Your AI provider bills model usage separately under its own terms. Membership does not include trading execution, agent hosting, or separate research services. Market information and AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed and are not financial advice.
One shared allowance
Each account receives 1,000 requests per UTC calendar month, shared across chat, all API keys, and eligible access sources. The allowance resets on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC. It does not stack or roll over. Successful answers and useful partial answers count; wholly failed requests release their monthly allowance. Up to 20 request attempts per minute and 2 active requests are allowed per account. Failed attempts still count toward the short-term limit.
Wallet access
A verified server-whitelisted wallet or a verified wallet holding at least 1,000,000 BRAIN, including eligible stake, receives the same chat and API access and allowance without a subscription charge. One wallet can belong to only one account. Eligibility is rechecked and holder access ends when the balance no longer qualifies. Wallet linking does not cancel an existing paid subscription; cancel it in billing if you no longer want it to renew.
Cancellation and payment failure
You can cancel renewal from Profile → Plan → Manage billing. Paid subscription access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not provide a prorated refund, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Failed renewal payments do not extend paid access; eligible wallet access can still apply.
Previous balances
Your previous credit balance and history are preserved separately for legacy services. Membership chat and API do not check or deduct those credits. No balance conversion, complimentary month, or refund is included in this launch.
